These Terms & Conditions govern the use of It Was AWESOME and apply to all clients booking venue selection and retreat planning services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer:
– Venue Selection (Free): Sourcing, negotiating, and securing venues.
– Full Retreat Planning ($100/person): Includes itinerary planning, accommodations, activities, logistics, and on-site support.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
– Provide accurate booking information
– Make payments on time (upfront payment required)
– Adhere to our cancellation and change request policies
3. Payments & Pricing
– Venue selection is free – We earn commission from venues.
– Full retreat planning requires upfront payment.
– Pricing varies by event size, location, and custom requests.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
– Refunds depend on the booking type and cancellation timing.
– Some bookings may be partially or fully refundable, as outlined in your booking terms.
– Cancellation policies will be shared before payment.
5. Liability Disclaimer
– We act as an intermediary between clients and venues. While we vet and negotiate with venues, we are not responsible for third-party failures, venue-related issues, or unexpected cancellations.
– Clients are responsible for verifying venue suitability before confirming a booking.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
– These terms are governed by DIFC Laws and Regulations.
– Disputes will be handled by the DIFC Courts in Dubai.
7. Termination of Services
– We reserve the right to cancel services if a client violates these terms.
– Clients can request service termination before confirming a booking.
8. Updates to Terms
We may modify these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
